The EYBOS business model is first of its kind and irrespective of how you look at it whether as a business, charity or customer you stand to benefit one way or the other: Business Members: The member will pay a subscription fees towards the option of choice and have the ability to nominate a charity of choice to which EYBOS shall give 10% of their subscription fees. Business to Business: Business can link up with other businesses with which they have a common interest e.g. businesses which support the same charity could link up to promote certain charitable activities of interest. Charity Members: As a Member they pay the minimum subscription fees for the gold option, which implies that a charity could end up not paying a subscription fees depending on how many business nominate them to receive the 10% of their subscription fees from EYBOS. Charity-Business-Customer: Apart from being nominated by a business to receive a 10% of their subscription fees, the business and customer could as well donate. For businesses that choose not to nominate a charity of choice during subscription, the implication is that the EYBOS shall keep the full subscription fees.

On the payment page, business and charity prospective members shall be able to see the features that relates to the options to which they may which to subscribe. You can select which options you want to subscribe to display the payment page. Payment can be made via PayPal, Visa Debit and Credit cards, our system will verify your details with the 3rd party vendors to process your payment. On successfully making payment you shall be granted access to log onto the platform and you can begin to upload your business profile based on your price plan.

The Member will have to notify EYBOS 28 days prior to cancelling or terminating their subscription. Failure to do this will imply that that they have to pay.

Terminate subscription: It is easy to terminate your contract, all you need to do is log onto your profile to send our admin team an email and reason for termination. The reason is because terminating a contract implies that EYBOS will delete your details from our system and we will not be able to revive your subscrition should you return in the future.

Cancel subscription: You can cancel your subscription within 14days of subscription and EYBOS shall refund the full amount subject to our terms and conditions. This is a self service process and if the business or charity cancels the subscription, EYBOS will still display a basic profile (i.e. business/charity name and contact details) of the business or charity on it's search result for free.

Business Subscriber: The business subscriber upon payment shall then log onto the system with their password and are able to change their password at anytime- they will be able to create their company profile and upload their images and videos etc depending on the subscription options.

Charity Subscriber: These subscribers are entitled to one option at a fixed rate, however to do this they must provide us with their charity number to enable EYBOS ascertain if they are truly a registered charity because this has being heavily discounted as charity are entitled to the gold option

Customer to Business Users: These are not subscribers, they can be termed as public users and they could easily create a simple user profile which would enable them leave reviews on businesses as well as recommend a business to friends and family. They can also choose leave a review as well as choose enter an anonymous name when they donate should they deem it necessary not to identify themselves as donor to a charity on the EYBOS current doanation feeds on the home page. Business & Charity Subscribers: These users can manage their account with the access token that they have been provided at subscription or contact EYBOS Customer Services for a new token key should they lost their token. Customer to Business Users: They can reset their password.

This is a simple operation since it is a self-service. All you need to do as the autorised person  with the right login details for business or charity is to click on the upgrade button to open the Price Plan page for you to select the option you want to upgrade and then make payment.
