This account is free and very basic, with the authorised business representative having the ability to create a basic business profile which will include the business name, address, contact number and business personal URL. Basic account cannot be rated by the public and charities with this account category are ineligible for nomination to receive 10% of EYBOS paid subscription fees as their details will not show up to receive such generous and kind gesture. Basic business account holders have the option to upgrade to a subscribed bronze, silver or gold business account. Basic charity business account holders have the option to upgrade to a subscribed charity account holder so that they can benefit from the EYBOS giving scheme i.e. eligible for nomination to receive 10% of EYBOS subscription fees and to receive donations directly from the public.

This account is a paid for service with the authorised business representative of the company having the ability to create a robust business profile with the added advantage to upload videos, photos of services; maps; photos of promotions, job listings and link up with other businesses or charities of interest and be followed by other businesses. The account holder can upgrade to gold and take advantage of the increased duration of video upload, increased accessibility logo upload in addition to the many other benefits that apply to these account types.

This account is a paid for service with the authorised business representative of the company having the ability to create a robust business profile with the added advantage of increased duration of uploaded videos, increased number of product/services photo; maps and direction; photos of promotions, job listings and link up with other businesses or charities of interest and be followed by other businesses. This is the ultimate business package at such a reasonable price that allows the subscriber to utilise every single benefit of the EYBOS platform and offer opportunity for a business to reach a wider audience with respect to business-to-business linkup, business-to-charity linkup and business to customer linkup.

This is a paid for service that enables a business to place a link to their profile on the EYBOS home page for a short period, usually as short as 3 or 7 days prior to their product or service promotion date. To access this service, the advertiser must either be a bronze, silver or gold account holder. The added advantage is that your special promotional event is given more visibility to the public as users will not have to do a search in order to get to your business overview page.

This is a paid for service that enables the charity to place a link to their profile on the EYBOS home page for a short period usually as short as 3 or 7 days prior to their event promotion date. To access this service, the user must be a paid charity account holder. The added advantage is that your special charity event is given more visibility to the public as users will not have to do a search in order to get to your charity overview page

As a subscribed business or charity account holder you can cancel your contract within 14 days of subscription to get full refund. All cancelled businesses and charities shall be rendered as basic subscriber on the EYBOS platform unless you request to terminate your contract to permanently remove your profile from the platform.

All accounts upgrade shall take effect after the last contract expires for monthly business/charity subscribers. However, yearly paid subscribers who wish to upgrade must contact EYBOS customer service to reset their membership.
